Sad story from Austin

This story really bothers me. Aside from the obvious racial overtones, I can't believe that a random group of people have the right to take someone else's life this way. It is heartbreaking.

Conan O'Brien covers The Tony Awards

I tried half-heartedly this weekend to LIVE Blog The Tony Awards. Little did I know that Conan O'Brien would have genius coverage of the awards show. Check it out and be prepared to laugh out loud.

Thanks TV Squad for the heads up.

Another great blog

I added Internal Affairs to my blogroll today. The blog is run by interns at The Dallas Morning News. It is fun to read their behind the scenes account of what happens at the paper and it reminds me of my days at the NT Daily. Anyway, check it out and keep on blogging.

What is a man to do?

The Tony Awards are on now and so is the season premiere of The Loop on Fox. It was one of my favorite things from last summer. I am so torn right now about what to watch. I guess I'll have to keep switching back-and-forth.

LIVE: Tony Awards

Neil Patrick Harris cracks me up.

Spring Awakening wins more awards. I might have to check out this show.

David Hyde Pierce sings his little heart out.

An old lady from Grey Gardens wins. She was hilarious.

Still to come: Legally Blonde and Mary Poppins

LIVE: The Tony Awards

A Chorus Line opens the show. This is such a wonderful retro-fab show. They are singing in front of Radio City Music Hall. I like the opening sequence with the pictures and the live shots of people. Smart.
